User Profile

I was born and raised in Kansas. I am slightly eccentric and not quite a people-person but after you get to know me, you realize that I am awesome. Since second grade, I've wanted to be an author which is something I achieved in 2006 when my novel, Harter Union, was published (although I don't really get paid for it). Currently, most of my time is taken up by work, playing with my son or writing either my short stories or my second novel. I don't really know what else to put here. I'm really bad at describing myself but I think I got the jist of it.

I originally kept a blog on MySpace but that soon became too restrictive and somehow it became all drama-ridden and drama is one thing I am getting oh-so-sick of. That and lying but I guess those go hand-in-hand. I use these blogs to just rant and talk about life, love, work, school and anything else that pops into my head. I can be sarcastic. I can be an ass. If you don't like what I say then you have a right to your opinion just as I have the right to say what I want. If it really offends you then you probably shouldn't be reading other people's word because someone somewhere is going to offend you so either lock yourself up in your house and have no social contact at all or gain a sense of humor.
